The ASEDrive IIIe KB supports multiple smart card protocols under the PC/SC API using USB Full Speed 12 Mbit/s communication.

The ASEDrive IIIe KB smart card keyboard utilizes the most durable landing type smart card acceptor to ensure longer smart card reader and smart card life as well as minimum damage to the cards outer surface.

The smart card keyboard reader’s firmware is flash upgradeable for future unlimited updates.

Optimized for smart card applications where high speed is essential, such as Smart Card  Logon, VPN and PKI operations.

It is certified by Microsoft as: "Designed for Windows XP" and "Working with Windows Vista". ASEDrive IIIe KB supports Secure PIN Entry when coupled with a compatible smart card and middleware.
